• Bonnat - 100% cocoa bar - It doesn't get any stronger, and healthier, than this! With 100% cocoa content and completely sugar free, this bar from Bonnat is definitely the most bitter of all our chocolate bars. A very bitter and intense high cocoa taste, and one not recommended for the faint hearted. Because of this bars sugar free ingredients it is also suitable for diabetics.
• Bonnat - 60% Honey and lime drinking chocolate flakes - A very successfull combination from Bonnat of honey and lime provides this tub of high quality chocolate flakes with a warming and refreshing twist. Once tasted never forgotten! Also useful for cake decoration.
• Bonnat - 80% drinking chocolate flakes - A traditional French design cannister full of 80% cocoa, dark chocolate flakes, for those of you who like their hot chocolate strong and rich, or simply want to reduce their sugar intake. • Bonnat - Chuao, 75% dark, single origin bar - Bonnat create this bar solely from the legendary Chuao cocoa bean from Venezuela. Producing a refreshing fruity taste, as one would expect from this cocoa bean, with subtle notes of spice. Not too bitter and with a clean aftertaste.
• Bonnat - Equateur, 75% dark, single origin bar - A warm and well rounded dark chocolate with a perfumed edge. Notes of honey and nuts add to the deep richness of this single origin. A rich and long lasting finish.
• Bonnat - Hacienda El Rosario, 75% dark, single origin bar - This Venezuelan origin bar from Bonnat provides a chocolate with both a robust and rustic bitterness with a hint of acidity. Good length in the taste and not perhaps one for the faint hearted. Quite a complex one.
• Bonnat - Java, 65% cocoa, milk chocolate bar - A milk chocolate with teeth. The 65% cocoa in this contradictory bar gives this single origin milk chocolate a depth and warmth that’s perhaps an option for those of you who just cant decide whether you prefer milk or dark. Not too sweet and with no bitterness either. Definitely worth a try. Particularly if you like Milk chocolate and are looking to reduce your sugar intake! The strongest flavoured of the three high cocoa milks by Bonnat.
• Bonnat - Madagascar, 75% dark, single origin bar - Bonnat creates this light and fruity chocolate with fine flavour cocoa beans from Madagascar. Notes of green grapes and even a hint of roasted coffee. Very refreshing finish with no astringency or bitter aftertaste. Possibly the lightest single origin chocolate amongst the Bonnat collection.
• Bonnat - Puerto Cabello, 75% dark, single origin bar - Created from the prized Criollo bean from Venezuela producing a chocolate that is very well balanced and full flavoured. Arguably the finest of the Bonnat single origin bars. It provides a complex range of fruits and floral notes with a warmth and depth of fine cocoa.
• Bonnat - Surabaya, 65% cocoa, milk chocolate bar - Possibily the mildest of the three Bonnat high cocoa, single origin, milk chocolate bars. A smooth and rounded taste with a good edge of cocoa provided by the 65% cocoa content. There are three high cocoa milk chocolate bars by Bonnat in our collection.
• Bonnat - Trinite, 75% dark, single origin bar - Whilst the Madagascar provides green fruits this certainly has red fruits with its additional lighter perfumed length with a smokey finish.
