Basic Hawk Handling Course - Your course will begin with a brief outline of the sports history, the laws relating to Birds Of Prey and the different types of Raptors, (with their advantages and disadvantages). You will learn the fitting and use of basic equipment, the security of the Hawk and practice the early stages of training to the point of flying free. This course is suitable for the would be Falconer or for those simply wanting hands on contact with Birds of Prey. Handling Owls can be specifically requested.
Birds of Prey Experience (Half Day) - As well as being a fun and entertaining afternoon you will be made aware of the practical implications of owning a bird of prey and be given the opportunity to handle and fly Birds of Prey.
